Superb Boxed Silver Scottish Three Piece Tea Service Hamilton & Inches Edinburgh. Scottish sterling silver tea service: teapot, sugar bowl and cream jug.

A set of exceptional quality, excellent weight and size. All pieces hallmarked from Edinburgh circa 1912 with the makers mark being that of Hamilton & Inches. Each piece with excellent well preserved and well struck hallmarks. All in excellent order with no damage. Would benefit from a clean and polish looks to have never been cleaned except for sugar bowl.

Teapot measures 285mm in length and stands 145mm tall at the highest point of the handle. Sugar bowl measures 185mm across handles and stands 105mm tall at handle tops. Cream jug is 145mm wide and stands 85mm tall at handle top. As good as a set as you can get, good age and weight, very stylish, excellent quality and condition.

Also rare to find original box this is missing a catch from the front and has age related ware / marks.
